What can I do online?

You can log on to our secure web site to check your account balance, view current transactions, view transaction history, transfer funds from one Farmers State Bank account to another, pay bills, plus much more. (TOP?)

Are my transactions and information safe?

Yes. 128-bit encryption by Verisign ensures security. Security walls, encryption systems and password checks allow only you to access your account with secure user name and password that you set. (TOP?)

What accounts can I view online?

You can view most Farmers State Bank account, including checking, savings, CD's, IRA's and loan account where you are listed as the primary owner or co-owner. (TOP?)

Can I download my information?

Yes. You can download your account information to most personal software programs. (TOP?)

How current are my On-line Banking balances?

All balances are real-time balances and up-to-date with bank balances. (TOP?)

Will I continue to receive a paper account statement in the mail?

Yes, we will mail a copy of your statement at the regular intervals. However, you may sign up to start receiving your statement through online banking. Click on the Product Services tab to register for online banking statements. You cannot choose to receive an online statement and a mailed statement. (TOP?)

Are there fees asscociated with MyFSB.com Online Banking?

The MyFSB.com Online Banking service is FREE. By using the service, you can access your account balances, view account history and transfer funds between accounts. All you need is a comptuer with Internet access using a compatible web-browser. (TOP?)

Can I transfer funds from my account to another bank?

No, transfers can be made only between your accounts at Farmers State Bank. (TOP?)

What happens if I forget my password or get an "ERROR: Login Failed" message?

Users have 3 tries to login before their password is locked out. After 3 tries, the customer will need to call Farmers State Bank at 618-252-2600 to have their login cleared or password reset. (TOP?)

Can I place a stop payment on a check online?

Yes. Stop payments may be placed on checks you have written. Our normal fee of $25 will be charged for all stop payments placed. (TOP?)

Are there limits to the number of transfers I can do?

Savings and Money market accounts (by Federal Regulation) are allowed no more than 6 withdrawals per month. Transferring funds using MyFSB.com Online Banking does count towards the six. Any additional transfers above the six (6) will incur a fee. Checking accounts are not limited on the number of transfers. (TOP?)

Where can I access MyFSB.com Online Banking?

You can access MyFSB.com Online Banking from any computer that has internet access by going to http://www.myfsb.com/ and clicking on the Online Banking link. (TOP?)

How far back can I get activity?

You can see your account activity for the current and past statement cycle. (Starting from when you enrolled in MyFSB.com) (TOP?)

What is Farmers State Bank Bill Pay?

FSB Bill Pay is an optional service available through MyFSB.com Online Banking. This service allows you to pay your bills electronically through MyFSB.com Online Banking. You can set up one time payments, “on demand” payments, or recurring bill payments. No longer will you have to spend the time to write checks and deliver them to the post office. After setting up your payees with your first payment, additional payments are as easy as clicking on your payee, entering the amount you would like to pay, and clicking “submit”. (TOP?)

What if I don't sign up for FSB Bill Pay initially and decide later that I want to sign up?

You may sign up for FSB Bill Pay at any time. (TOP?)

How do I sign up for FSB Bill Pay?

Log in to MyFSB.com Onling Banking. Click on "Payment Mangager" and follow the prompts. Your application will be forwarded to Farmers State Bank. You will get a response from us with in a few days. (TOP?)

Who can I pay with FSB Bill Pay?

You can pay any person or entity with an address in the United States. However, you cannot use FSB Bill Pay to make payments to the IRS or court ordered payments. NOTE: While most payees can be paid by using FSB Bill Pay, we reserve the right to refuse certain payees. (TOP?)

Is there a limit to the number of payments I can make?

No. You can make as many payments per day that you like, as long as the total of the bills does not exceed our daily limit of $9,999.99. Don't forget, Bill Pay is completely FREE, no matter how many bills you pay. (TOP?)

Is there a dollar limit on FSB Bill Pay?

Yes. $9,999.99 per day. (TOP?)

How many payees can I have?

There is no limit to the number of payees you can have. (TOP?)

Are there any bills I cannot pay using FSB Bill Pay?

You can pay any person or entity with an address in the United States. However, you cannot use FSB Bill Pay to make payments to the IRS, court ordered payments, payments to government agencies for items such as property taxes and alimony. NOTE: While most payees can be paid by using FSB Bill Pay, we reserve the right to refuse certain payees. (TOP?)

How far in advance can I schedule payments?

You can schedule payments up to 1 year in advance. (TOP?)

How long does it take for my payment to reach my payee?

You should allow 10 business days for your payments to be sent, and subsequently received, and processed by the payee. (TOP?)
